Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 29, 2026 · Last updated: July 29, 2026
CreativeHydra, Inc. ("CreativeHydra," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit creativehydra.com, websites.creativehydra.com, submit a CreativeHydra form on another platform such as Meta, purchase a service, or otherwise contact us.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you provide directly
When you submit a consultation request, request a SiteScore review, download an assessment through a lead form, purchase a service, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, business email, phone number, company name, role, team size, website URL, project timing, business needs, and any notes you choose to include. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe; CreativeHydra does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Information collected automatically
With your permission, analytics and advertising tools may collect or receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, interactions, campaign parameters, advertising identifiers, and approximate location. We also store your privacy choices and may retain campaign parameters such as UTM tags or a Meta click identifier so a later inquiry can be attributed to the correct campaign.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver requested assessments, SiteScore reviews, proposals, service information, and support
- Respond to inquiries, qualify requests, and arrange conversations
- Process purchases and maintain transaction records
- Understand site performance, improve content, and diagnose technical problems
- Measure advertising campaigns and avoid showing acquisition ads to existing leads or customers, when permitted
- Communicate about our services when you request information or otherwise permit us to contact you
- Protect the sites, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information for money or rent contact lists. We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the business and, with your permission, to analytics and advertising platforms for measurement and audience delivery. If applicable law treats targeted-advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing,” you can opt out through the privacy choices described below.
3. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers used for site functions, measurement, and—when you allow it—advertising attribution. CreativeHydra separates them into three choices:
- Essential: privacy choices, security, form operation, and basic site functions.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics, used to understand aggregate site use and performance.
- Advertising: Meta Business Tools, used to attribute campaign results, build permitted audiences, and improve ad delivery.
Optional tools remain off until you make a choice. You can change that choice at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

|---|---|---|

| Google Analytics | Site traffic and usage analytics | policies.google.com/privacy |

5. Data Retention
We retain inquiries, lead records, assessment requests, and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, follow up on requests, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention depends on the type of record and the relationship. You may request deletion as described below, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as those terms are defined by applicable law. Use the privacy-choices button above to control optional site tools. To make a data request, email talktothehydra@creativehydra.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Our site is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted securely to Netlify. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
